The piston head is a component that is part of the compression system of an airsoft electric gun, or AEG. It is found installed to the piston body, and together with the o-ring, provides an airtight seal against the cylinder walls. They can be bought in different shapes and material construction, with some claiming to provide additional features and advantages over the stock piston head.
